James M. Milione brings decades of distinguished law enforcement experience to the private security sector. As Founder and Principal of Bridge Security Services Inc. (BBS), he proudly served over 23 years with the NYPD, including more than 15 years as a Detective assigned to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.
In 1986, he transitioned his extensive expertise into the private sector, establishing a full-service security firm built on trust, professionalism, and results. Over the past 32+ years, Mr. Milione has assembled a seasoned team of security guards, protection officers, and investigative personnel. He remains deeply involved in the company’s day-to-day operations and client relationships—ensuring each security solution is thoughtfully crafted and expertly executed.
Jamie M. Milione
President & CEO, Bridge Security Services, Inc.
Jamie M. Milione, a proud native New Yorker and the only daughter of founder James M. Milione, carries forward a legacy of leadership, dedication, and excellence. Her journey with Bridge Security Services began at just 14 years old, assisting with administrative operations under the guidance of her father and his trusted team.
Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Scranton and went on to complete her MBA in Financial Management at Pace University. After building a successful career in the accounting profession, she returned to Bridge—bringing with her a unique blend of financial expertise and a lifelong understanding of the security industry. Today, as President and CEO, Jamie leads the company with strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep-rooted commitment to client trust and satisfaction.

1947-2021
James M. Milione brings decades of distinguished law enforcement experience to the private security sector. As the Founder and Principal of Bridge Security Services Inc. (BBS), Mr. Milione spent over 23 years with the NYPD, including more than 15 years as a Detective assigned to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.
In 1986, he leveraged his expertise to build a full-service security firm, assembling a trusted team of professional security guards, protection officers, and investigative personnel. With more than 32 years in the private security industry, Mr. Milione remains deeply involved in client relationships, taking a hands-on approach to developing tailored, effective security solutions.
James was a retired detective who proudly served with the NYPD for more than 23 years. He founded Bridge in 1986 and for nearly four decades he grew the company into a citywide professional run security force servicing clients in all 5 boros.
He leaves a legacy of service and commitment to his employees and was an inspiration and mentor to many.
